Why buy the cow when milk isn't disease free?

I watched a new documentary last night..  "Forks Over Knives".  What an eye opening look at the American Diet and the criminal teachings of the powers that govern our dietary needs.  Interestingly both the doctors in the documentary were dairy farm owners, top farms that supplied a mass amount of the very foods they now warn us against.  It is disheartening to see how one of the doctors loses his position of respect at a school that he benefited much with his studies based on politics.
Highly Recommended if you are interested in improving your health.  The studies speak for themselves.

It's amazing to me how easy it is to learn a better way of life when you stop complaining about life and start learning new ways to live.

I feel healthier each day, stronger with a clear mind.
When do we as a people stop eating the misconceptions we are fed by people who benefit from the medicines that we are led to believe are for our benefit.  When do we start taking responsibility for our own health?

I know when I do, now.  Each day I am making it my responsibility to learn more about the truth I choose to eat.  I have to say that in the short time I have changed my diet just a little I have noticed my energy levels improve, my skin looking clearer and I feel better than ever emotionally.

I was on antidepressants for years, but was still depressed, hmm.  Now I am on no prescription drugs and feel clear headed, I  can feel emotions on a much more enjoyable level than before.  I used to feel compliant, and now that I think about it I do believe that is exactly how they would prefer we feel.

Time for a change, time for us to make that change starting with ourselves.  I am so blown away with how easy it is to change your thinking once you change the way you feel about something.

I hope everyone has a great day, I love you all!
